How long does an order take?

This depends on the quality level and the number of miniatures. Usually around 2 to 3 weeks from the start of the project for a small group, or a few months for an army or large collection. A more precise estimate will be provided during our initial chat.

Can I provide my own miniatures?

Sure thing! We'll figure out the most convenient way for you to send me the miniatures, and then we can touch up the assembly before starting the painting process.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

For large projects only, I offer the option to pay in 2 or 3 interest-free installments. However, a 30% commitment deposit of the total amount will be required.

What is the exact price for my project?

An exact price including shipping and other required expenses will be provided during the project estimate, but you can check the table below for a clearer overview of the price per miniature by type.
