About
Greetings,
My name is Jonathan and I'm a miniature enthusiast originally from Laval, Quebec.
I fell in love with the hobby from my very first visit to a Games Workshop store over twenty years ago!
Since then, I've been totally hooked; I got into 3D printing and miniature painting in 2019.
It has become an endless source of passion and creativity for me, a way to express myself through colors.
Looking forward to share my expertise and embark on this adventure that is Mini&Moi.
Collaborating with the community on commission projects and sharing items from my humble shop will allow me to keep learning and will undoubtedly make me a better artist.
As for my creative process, I use a wide variety of tools, ranging from airbrushes to brushes and sponges.
I love upcycling all kinds of mediums for my projects to mix up textures and avoid waste with an eco-friendly mindset—like metal from old jewelry, cork, plastic sprues, twigs, and small stones, for example.
My go-to projects involve minis for tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons&Dragons, since I love bringing my ideas to life and then dropping them right into my gaming sessions!
Looking forward to working with you,
Jonathan Lacroix
