General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC);

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products and services on the Minietmoi.ca website. By placing an order, you accept these conditions without reservation.

1. Physical Products

The figurines sold in our shop are collector's items. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in color or detail compared to the photos on the website may exist.

2. On-demand services (Painting commissions)

• Deposit: For all custom painting orders, a refundable deposit of 30% is required before work begins. This deposit serves to reserve your spot and cover the cost of supplies.

• Approval Process : Progress photos will be sent to you throughout the project. Once the photos of the finished figure have been approved, no major aesthetic changes can be requested free of charge. Sending the final photos constitutes acceptance of the artwork.

• Deadlines: Completion times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the complexity of the project or the artist's workload.

3. Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

• For painting commissions: In accordance with legislation on highly personalized goods, no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted on commissioned painting services once the work has been validated or shipped.

• For figurines ready to ship: You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, at the customer's expense.

Cancellation and cancellation fees : The client may cancel this contract at any time before delivery of the artwork. In the event of cancellation after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable to cover preparation and materials. Furthermore, as this is a custom-made and personalized artwork, if the project is more than 50% complete at the time of cancellation, the total amount for hours worked and expenses incurred will be invoiced pro rata to the progress made, up to the total estimated value of the project.

4. Shipping, Delivery and Liability

The figurines are fragile items. We take special care with the packaging (reinforced bubble wrap, rigid boxes).

• Damage during transport: Due to the jolts involved in transport, it is rare that a small part may become detached. Reattaching a minor part (using superglue) is the responsibility of the buyer and does not constitute a major defect.

• Loss or destruction: Packages are shipped with a tracking number. In the event of loss or significant damage caused by the carrier, a claim will be filed with their services to activate the package insurance.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The artist retains intellectual property rights to the painted artwork. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to use photos of the painted figurines for promotional purposes on our website and social media.
